I designed and developed the application structure, data model, user experience, KPI and milestone workflows, calculation logic, access-control behavior, executive updates and SharePoint / Power Platform integration.

Operational statuses—Not Started, Partially Completed, Completed and Delayed where applicable—are distinct from RAG performance indicators. The demo uses a simplified, fictional status model.
Ongoing refinement: percentage- and number-based milestone reporting, including cumulative planned values. These enhancements are not presented as universally completed capabilities. Business feedback, UAT and calculation reviews inform iteration.
